Blocks

Blocks

I founded and lead Politech when the company launched Blocks, a simple and intuitive reporting platform used by political campaigns and issue advocacy organizations. Blocks organizes all of your program's data in one place; your data is synchronized dynamically so that you can spend less time connecting your data and more time producing critical insights about your program.

Downbeat

Downbeat

Downbeat is a platform for artists to share their music with their fans. The web application allows artists to grow their audience through social media engagement. Users follow the artist on Twitter, SoundCloud, or Youtube, and in exchange they receive access to song downloads. I coordinated the engineering, product management, and client support for the creation of this site by Politech.

Field Toolbox

Field Toolbox

The Field Toolbox was developed and launched by my engineering team during the 2012 Presidential Election. We used the Field Toolbox as our primary voter registration tool to register over 90,000 voters. The responsively designed web app provided a simple data entry system which integrated hard data with powerful reporting and meaningful analytics. Leadership, Staff, and Volunteers were able to track and analyze our voter registration program using data points such as location, time, date, canvasser, and registrant data in real time. This empowered our team to evaluate where the most successful elements of our voter registration program were found. The Field Toolbox dramatically improved the efficiency of our voter registration program in the field in 2012, and resulted in significantly more new voter registrations from targeted supporters per shift.

Playbook Rewards

Playbook Rewards

I was a partner in Playbook Rewards, a fantasy sports platform that ran live fantasy events during nationally televised sporting events and awards shows. Playbook events were skill-based fantasy leagues. In addition to live fantasy events, Playbook hosted brackets for popular championships tournaments and playoffs including the NCAA Championship and the NBA Playoffs. Playbook also offered pickems where fantasy experts could compete against other sports gurus and prove who can analyze the full slate of games for a given day and pick the most correct winners.
